Time to break the ice with family-friendly Icebreaker outdoor show
When someone thinks about annual family traditions, images of Christmas mornings, Thanksgiving feasts and trout season openers spring to mind.
But what family traditions can someone really expect to make during the dreary late-winter days of late February?
How about breaking the ice … as in the Icebreakers outdoors show held at the Christ Wesleyan Church near Milton?
The event is a must-attend for any family looking for something to do with the kids when everything else is wet, cold and not so fun outside. It runs all day Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Outdoors-related vendors will be on hand to show off their wares, from trapping to fishing to hunting and so much in between. There are also numerous door prizes for both kids and adults alike.
For the kids, there is also a reptile show, trout fishing pond, archery shoot, BB gun shoot, creating bird houses and bird feeders to take home and so much more.
